Fat loss and weight loss are very different things. Weight loss is intended for general damages , including muscle and fat. (1) . Saturated fats ( animal products , milk ) is also fine, but should be eaten slightly more sparingly. 
(2). Trans fats ( margarine , French fries , vegetable shortening ) and hydrogenated versions of real fats and good fats are killers who gives a bad name . Also , failure to eat enough smart fats makes your cravings for carbohydrates making you more powerful to fall off band wagon.

Tip 2.
TAKE OMEGA -3 supplements
Omega-3 fats improves insulin signaling by increasing insulin sensitivity, which means less insulin is produced after a meal, which means less fat is stored. This is achieved through increased production of a hormone called adipose newton, which is involved in the breakdown of fatty acids in the regulation of blood glucose levels to reduce inflammation, and helps to increase metabolism.
